From Interstate 57 @ Marion, IL. Get off at 2nd exit 54A / Route 13 to Harrisburg. Going east through Marion on Rt. 13 its approx. 24.2 miles to Harrisburg. Go through Harrisburg to you get to 2nd stop light. Get in Right hand lane (cvs pharmacy on right) and turn right on to commercial street & State route 45.Go approx. 0.8miles (just past McDonalds & Raben tire) get in left hand lane to get on IL. 145 & IL 34. Continue to follow IL 145 and go approx 5.9 miles. Turn left on to IL 34(just past a closed gas station & also brick building on corner Shawnee mall).
Stay on Rt. 34 until you get to the end at stop sign approx 16.8 miles. At stop sign turn left on to IL 146 and go approx 5.9 miles to the first and only stop sign. Welcome to Elizabethtown! At this stop sign look to your Right and turn right and you will see the back of the Historic Rose Hotel. Next to Integra bank. You will also see a blue horse drawn buggy and on top it says Rose Hotel.
